Directions for Downloading and Opening Coastal Storm Drain Outfall Monitoring Data: 1) Save the file to the hard drive of the computer by one of the following options: A) Right click on the file icon and select "Save Target As.." Select the location where you want to save the file to OR B) Double click on the file icon and open the file Select File Menu, Select "Save As" and choose the location where you want to save the file 2) Go to the location where the file is saved and right click on the icon. 3) Select "Open with.." and choose a program to open the file with. It is recommended that Excel or WordPad be used to open the files.
